“Logan went above and beyond our expectations to make sure all actors felt comfortable. I recommend her to everyone I can without hesitation, because she really is that good.“
-Jennifer Gould (Director/Actor, The Lilac Mask)
“Working with Logan Davis on a feature film was a truly wonderful experience. Logan exemplified professionalism, sensitivity, and dedication throughout the entire production. From the outset, she established clear boundaries and protocols, ensuring that all actors felt empowered and in control of their choices. She also let us know that at any point, we had the agency to change our choices. She approached each rehearsal and scene with compassion and understanding, providing guidance and feedback while always prioritizing the well-being and comfort of the performers. Her presence on set was reassuring, and her expertise helped to alleviate any of my concerns or anxieties that arose during the filming process. Beyond her technical skill and knowledge of intimacy choreography, Logan’s genuine commitment to advocacy and education is palpable. She’s approachable and welcomes questions from anyone on set. She took the time to educate both cast and crew on best practices for creating safe and respectful working environments, and her efforts contributed to a culture of respect and empowerment on set. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to have worked with Logan; she’s as talented as she is kind. She also has a great sense of humor and cracked me up at the best moments! “
-Melanie Mahanna (Actor, By The Grape of God)
"As an actor who has had the privilege of benefiting from Logan Davis' Intimacy coordination on a recent project, it is difficult for me to summarize the scope and importance of her work in words that rise to the level of her skill. I was lucky enough to come across Logan as an actor who had never performed an intimate scene on camera, an actor who was nervous, apprehensive, and vulnerable. The scenes in question also included sexual violence adding even further to what could have been a very traumatic experience, not only as a performer but as an employee trying to do his job. Logan Davis worked TIRELESSLY on this project ensuring that there wasn't a single moment where I felt alone, felt unheard if had a fear or opinion, felt unsafe with my acting partner, or felt I was not in control of my own body. Her work on many occasions brought me to tears with its tact and its sensitivity. Her grasp of terms and techniques, her mastery of physicality and choreography shocked me when she let slip that she was merely at the beginning of her journey as an Intimacy Coordinator. I can only HOPE that as many actors as possible are lucky enough to have Logan Davis shepherd them and be their VOICE on set during what, for many, can be the most intimidating part of our jobs. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Logan Davis."
